Home care, kept calmly
What’s next for your home, and who to call.
Primstav turns the systems in your house into a short, plain plan: what’s due, what’s been done, and the people who did it.
Hawthorne House is a sample home you can click through and change. It’s yours alone, and it resets whenever you like.
How it works
Three steps, most of them already done.
- 01
Describe your home
Pick what your house has, from the furnace to the gutters. Skip anything you’re not sure of.
- 02
Add what you already know
Rough last-service dates are enough. Add an invoice or receipt and you confirm what it says.
- 03
Know what’s next
Work shows up when it’s worth planning, along with whoever did it last time.
What it keeps
Grouped by the kind of work, not by the room.
Planned
Recurring service like the furnace, the chimney and the septic, on dates that follow the last visit.
Upkeep
The small jobs: filters, gutters, alarms. Each one says whether you do it or hire it.
Repairs
Problems you’ve noticed, written down plainly and kept until they’re fixed.
Aging
When a water heater or roof enters its usual replacement years. It’s a budgeting note, not a warning.
Additions
New appliances and projects, added to the plan as they arrive.
Records
Invoices, receipts and notes, each tied to the work it proves.
Principles
Built to be calm.
- No scores
- Primstav never grades your home. Unfinished upkeep is normal for every house.
- Plain dates
- “Was due May 15”, never “overdue”. Colour marks timing, not alarm.
- Age isn’t a fault
- A fifteen-year-old water heater is something to plan for. Age alone doesn’t mean it’s failing.
- Your record, your call
- Offers stay off unless you turn them on. Booking is an ordinary email from you.
